Golfcourse Hohwacht

The Hohwacht golf course extends over 120 hectares and is characterised by its location on the large inland lake and its proximity to Hohwacht Bay on the Baltic Sea. It offers an 18-hole and a 9-hole course as well as the impressive ‘Golfodrom’. This unique training area in Schleswig-Holstein covers 5 hectares and offers 150 teeing grounds with target greens of varying degrees of difficulty. The circular layout of the course makes it possible to customise the practice sessions. The Golfodrom is also home to the Paul Dyer Golf School, which offers first-class training courses.

Built in 1992, the courses are characterised by their wide fairways and offer both excellent playing quality and a variety of challenges. Particularly noteworthy are the charming views of the Baltic Sea and the tastefully designed facilities, which offer players an exceptional golfing experience.

In addition, since spring 2024, twelve tiny houses, the ‘GolfCubes’, have been situated in an idyllic location directly on the tee and offer golfers the ideal overnight accommodation. With modern facilities and a high level of comfort, they create a special feel-good atmosphere. The 19 m² cubes are suitable for up to 2 people and have a kitchenette, a living and sleeping area with a double bed, a private bathroom and free Wi-Fi. A 12 m² terrace invites you to relax. Guests also benefit from a 25% discount on green fees at the Hohwacht and Strandgrün Timmendorfer golf courses.
